  DigiGames is hands down the absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with! The owner thinks he is a tough guy hiding behind his keyboard with threats and name calling. He uses language more out dated than the fonts used in his game systems or his website. He speaks down to people and verbally abuses and berates his clients. If you ever run into them specifically Him they like to brag about being industry leaders for electronic trivia, honestly their Trivia system is a HS level application, every bit cheesy and bland as expressed on through their website. Their Hardware is cheap and from China, typically breaks with in the 1st week (Buzzers, Cabinets, etc.) It requires maintenance to maintain it within weeks of purchase. Broken hinges, rattling controllers, wrong answers. When you call or email support The owner handles these himself, (POORLY I might add) and results in them blaming "User error"(is one of his favorites), and then subsequently he yells and screams, threatens and curses you out because that is a better business move than to accept blame and fix the issue. The Pre-Made Trivia Questions that they sell typically every single board has atleast one error per round in it and sometimes ENTIRE CATEGORIES are wrong. The answer to this is they tell you to pre check them before you play them and fix them yourself. When you let them know it was wrong they berate you and usually fire back that it must have been something you did or that you are lying, again handled by the owner. They feel they can treat customers this way because, and I got this insight from someone inside the organization when trying to understand why the owner treats people like this, He feels that he already got the Bulk of the money you are going to spend and not going to spend anything else so why should he care! Overall I warn everyone to think TWICE before dealing with this company, its products are awful and the owner is unstable and possibly has a mental illness, normal people don't lash out the way he does, please read other reviews and do your research about this company and its unbalanced owner. Save your self the embarrassment of their products failing at your shows and the owner blaming and berating you for their failure!!
